Spinner SpinnerThese terms are an agreement between you and Complete Computing LLC, a Georgia company (“we”), which makes Spinner Spinner. By using the app or spinnerspinner.app, you agree to them.
1.What this is
Spinner Spinner is a free, just-for-fun way for a group to pick a place to eat. It's a decision tool, not a guide, a booking service or a recommendation from us.
2.Restaurant info comes from Google
Names, hours, ratings, reviews, photos and whether a place is open come from Google Maps Platform. We don't check them, and they can be out of date or wrong. Before you drive over, confirm hours, prices, menus and allergy or dietary needs with the restaurant. Reviews are other people's opinions, not ours.
Maps features are also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
3.Be decent
- Pick a name you'd say out loud to the whole party. No slurs, harassment or impersonation.
- Don't join games you weren't invited to, or try to disrupt, overload or break the service.
- You need to be at least 13 to use Spinner Spinner.
4.The leader runs the party
Whoever starts a game is its leader. The leader decides who gets in and can remove any player at any time. We can also end games or block access to protect the service or other people.
5.Ads
The app is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. We don't endorse advertisers, and what you do with them is between you and them.
6.No guarantees
Spinner Spinner is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don't promise it will always work, be error-free, or land on a restaurant everyone loves. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7.Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Complete Computing isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for anything that happens at a restaurant the wheel picked. Our total liability for any claim about Spinner Spinner is limited to $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
8.Ownership
The app, its design and the Spinner Spinner name belong to Complete Computing. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.
9.Changes and ending
We may update these terms or change, pause or stop the service. When we update the terms, we'll change the date at the top. Using Spinner Spinner after that means you accept the new terms. You can stop using it any time by deleting the app.
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
11.Apple
If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its support; we are.
